Please find our Shipping and Return policy below. However, we want to reassure you that we are very customer-friendly and deeply value your trust and happiness. We always strive to accommodate your requests to the best of our ability, something which our loyal and happy customers are proof of!
Returns & Exchanges
In all cases of Returns & Exchange, please drop us a mail at chetan123yadav123@gmail.com, mentioning the order number and the issue you are facing, within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Please note the following points:
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
Keep the original packaging intact, including tags and labels.
COD is available only on orders above ₹999.
We will try our best to arrange a reverse pickup from your registered address within India. If reverse pickup is not available in your PIN code, you will need to self-ship the product via a courier service of your choice. Please share the courier receipt with us by email.
If you self-ship, we will reimburse shipping costs up to ₹150 in the form of store credits.
Reverse pickups depend on courier partners. Please cooperate with the courier agent and hand over the parcel in one attempt to avoid delays.
It usually takes 7–10 working days for the product to reach us. Once received, it will go through a quality inspection. If approved, you will be provided with store credits equal to the product value (valid for 6 months) or an exchange for the desired size (subject to availability).
Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery (if eligible).
Refunds are not issued; only store credits or exchanges are provided.
Each product is eligible for only one exchange.
Important Notes
Please read product descriptions carefully, including size, fabric, and care instructions.
Colors may vary slightly due to different screen calibrations.
Hand-washing items marked Dry Clean Only may cause color bleeding. In such cases, we will not be responsible for exchange/return.
Sale items cannot be exchanged or returned.
Customized, Made-to-Order, or Made-to-Measure items are not eligible for return/exchange.
Eligibility for Returns
A product is eligible for return/exchange if:
The product is defective or damaged.
The wrong product was delivered.
The product does not fit well (size issue).
Conditions:
Must be returned in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
Must not be worn, washed, or soiled.
Return approval is subject to StyleThreads’ Quality Check team.
Replacement is subject to stock availability.
Shipping Policy

Free shipping across India for all prepaid orders.
COD orders attract an additional fee of ₹50.
Delivery timelines: 4–7 working days.
Delays may occur due to logistics issues, strikes, weather, or other factors beyond our control, but we always ensure timely updates and support.
Cancellation Policy
Orders placed on https://stylethreads.in/ cannot be canceled once confirmed. Please review your cart carefully before completing the purchase.
International Orders
Currently, international orders are not eligible for returns or exchange.
