1. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Standard Delivery (India): 5–7 business days.

Express Delivery (India): 2–4 business days (extra charges apply).

International Shipping: Available for select countries. Delivery time may vary between 10–20 business days depending on destination.

3. Shipping Charges

Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹999 within India.

For COD orders, a minimal handling charge of ₹99 is applicable.

International shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS to track your package in real time.

5. Address Changes

You can request a shipping address change within 24 hours of placing the order by contacting our support team.

After dispatch, changes cannot be made.

6. Delays

While we strive to deliver on time, unforeseen delays due to weather, logistics issues, or public holidays may occur. We will notify you promptly in case of such delays.
